We started computerizing our systems as a commitment to progress through the harnessing of relevant available technologies, a habit that continues even today.

As part of the objective of providing uninterrupted service to the business, we are setting up a primary data centre and a disaster recovery centre to house all the servers related to the ERP solution. These data centers are inter-connected using high speed data links so that the data is always current at both these locations.

We are a large organization with sites of construction, manufacturing and R&D spread across the length and breadth of the nation. We have, therefore, invested in the creation of a comprehensive infrastructure that allows free flow of information across the organization. This enables almost instant communication between all levels in the organization. This, we achieved by installing a hybrid WAN network to connect each of our locations. A judicious mix of ADSL, DSL Sky and VPN links ensure adequate connectivity between these locations. Each locations has a well designed LAN to meet the needs of that location. Significant enhancements to this network, with in-built redundancies are being achieved as a part of making this quantum jump in our objectives of providing uninterrupted service to the business.

Our VPN infrastructure allows a corporation to connect to branch offices and Project Stations over a public internet work, while maintaining secure communications. The VPN connection across the Internet logically operates as a wide area network (WAN) link between the locations. Our applications provides secure “Any to Any” connectivity across the entire VPN. We have VPN connected Offices at Head Quarter in Olayah (Riyadh), HR Office Malaz (Riyadh), Regional Office Abha (Assir), Haire Store (Riyadh), Mohail Store(Assir Region) etc., to make use of various application resource shared from main server located in Olaya(Riyadh).

We have a dedicated High End HP Proliant Servers for applications as well as for web with Windows 2003 Operating system to manage our software applications active 24 hours and 365 days. These servers are equipped with High-end Memory for faster data processing & RAID Server for fault tolerance.

Our development team (E HIGH TECH) uses a structured development approach based on the Microsoft Solutions Framework model. Modular development is key to our success. We look to develop applications that use the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
