With the tremendous struggle & hard work, by 1976 Al-Ayuni became the main national contractor for various road projects belonging to Ministry of Communications (MOC) & Ministry of Rural Affairs (MORA) in Saudi Arabia.

At present Al-Ayuni is considered to be a major Road & civil works construction company & counted amongst business leaders and emerged as one of the leading 1st Class contractor (of Grade -I) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Al-Ayuni serves both public & private sectors and is comprising of various well coordinated, highly professional teams of builders across the country with overall experience of more than 35 years in the fields of Rock blasting, Piling , Concrete, Earth works, Asphalt Concrete pavements.

Al-Ayuni is well known for transportation infra structure projects including roads, highways, bridges, dams & mass transit facilities. The company is equally effective at building both large & small jobs through its various operative divisions from small site development to massive multi billion Saudi Riyals projects. Ayuni has established dedicated quality assurance system for all on going projects. Adequately equipped materials testing laboratories as per clients requirements have been provided on the site for each road & building project. Field & Laboratory tests are carried out in strict compliance to American Association Of State Highway & Transportation Officials ( AASHTO ) , The American Society Of Testing & Materials (ASTM ), The Saudi Arabian Standards Organization (SASO ), The Asphalt Institute ,American Concrete Institute (ACI), British Standard Society (BSS ) and The Ministry Of Transports ( MOT ) Materials & Research Department Test Methods ( MRDTM ). MRDTM manuals Volume 1,2,3 are followed in which each test method for materials has been identified and described in detail. Field & Laboratory tests are carried out for earthworks, concrete, asphalt, water, steel etc for the quality assurance as per specifications requirements. The monthly materials tests reports are prepared there from for each project and submitted with the monthly bill to the clients including Ministry Of Transport ( MOT ), Ministry Of Rural Affairs ( MORA ) & Ministry Of Defence & Aviation ( MODA ).

Al-Ayuni has employed over 3500 personals including civil engineers, mechanical engineers, designers & surveyors, technicians, accountants, electricians & mechanics , supervisory & management personels, draftsmen & cad operators and craftsmen & skilled workers.

Al-Ayuni is supported by a large main workshop equipped with all maintenance and aligned facilities required for the up keeping of heavy construction equipment, vehicles and all other machinery .

Al-Ayuni has its own set up for very specialized job of piling , pre-stressing , and erection of pre cast structures . Ayuni has a huge factory for precast, pre-tensioned girders production.

Al-Ayuni Co has been undertaking preventive maintenance works of roads for over lays by hot mix ,sand & slurry sealing . The company has successfully completed more than 3000 road , bridges & building projects with over 1000 road maintenance contracts in Saudi Arabia.

Electronic Company for High Technology (E HIGH-TECH) is a subsidiary concern of Al-Ayuni Group. Started in year 2002 and has been fully concentrating in computerization and electronic automation of Al-Ayuni Co. and development of new software applications in accordance with the clients requirements. It has a strong capital lead of investment back ground with a revenue of 1,500,000 SR during the year (2005).
